Recruitment Team Leader Job type: Fixed-term Hours: 32 (plus 4 hours paid lunch breaks) Salary: £31, 860 (pro-rata per annum Location: Birmingham Do you have what it takes to seize opportunities and deliver results? Who are we looking for: Right now, we are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated recruitment professional to lead our in-house recruitment team to deliver exceptional resourcing support to the organisation. You will have considerable experience of team management alongside a solid understanding of recruitment methodologies and in particular utilising direct sourcing models. An understanding and experience of managing a contingent staffing provider is desirable but not essential. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Identifying, implementing, and managing successful recruitment strategies ensuring the approaches adopted mirror best practice. To manage a small team of in house Recruiters. Building relationships and proactively liaising with managers to understand resource requirements within the organisation. Enable Nacro to recruit the skills and expertise required in a fair, transparent, timely and cost effective manner. Managing the temporary agency worker contract and requests to ensure timely provision of agency temps and cost control. Manage the media, jobs board and advertising budgets for Nacro.
