Our area of expertise is Education Recruitment and we specialise in providing Schools, Universities and Colleges with teachers and support staff. We have a great opportunity within our Birmingham office for an Education Recruitment Consultant. We have a great location in the heart of the city centre and are only 5 minutes from all of the Birmingham train stations making us easily accessible. The role involves all aspects of recruitment including: • Managing candidates: - Recruiting, interviewing and ensuring compliance. • Developing client relationships: - Client visits and calls. • Meeting KPIs as agreed with your line manager. • Using initiative to be successful. Ideally you will have a recruitment background, experience of managing a team and be familiar with the education system. You will need to be a confident, hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. The ability to work under pressure is essential as is working as a team. You will be looking for a long term career move, therefore offering commitment and stability.
