Responsibilities: * You will be contacting business’ promoting our rapidly growing smart search fixed price service * Account managing clients ensuring expectations are exceeded * Creating detailed job descriptions to be advertised * Following up leads * Developing an ongoing rapport with clients * Using a variety of Systems including Itris, Excel, Microsoft etc You will ideally need to have: Experience as a sales rep in the recruitment industry B2B experience Good working knowledge of Microsoft programmes Motivated, enthusiastic and driven individual with a hunger to exceed targets and be rewarded Friendly, bubbly and hard working personality Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30-5:00, Friday 8:00 – 4:30 but would consider part time or flexible working hours for the right person. Company Benefits: Attractive bonus structure, Company pension, perkbox benefits, 25 days holiday +bank holidays. Company car could be provide. Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + attractive commission scheme
