HOMEBASED PART TIME / FLEXI HOURS Recruitment Telesales Executive Self employed £12 per hour + incentives Due to recent expansion, we are looking for a freelance Recruitment Telesales Executive. This is a work from home opportunity so you must have your own phone, laptop and internet connection. (phone/sim provided after the trial period) Our Recruitment Agency specialises in sourcing and placing top quality candidates in Sales and Business Development roles nationwide, we are looking for a Recruitment telesales Executive to join our team. Your role is to screen and qualify our candidates over the phone to ensure they’re suitable for the roles they’ve applied for, so an excellent telephone manner is key. Ideally you have worked in a similar role or industry and have experience with CRM’s and/or Applicant tracking systems. At present, we’re looking for someone to come onboard for 10 hours a week though there will be an opportunity to increase hours in the future. For candidates experienced in recruitment there will be an opportunity to move forward as a 360 recruiter.
