Job Description

Our client is one of the largest Medical Recruiters of Doctors and Nurses in MK Main Purpose/ Function of Job: This position reports directly to the Head of Credit Control & Processing. The main function of this role entails managing the processing of timesheets on a daily basis and ensuring that doctors are paid appropriately and that trusts are invoiced correctly. It also involves ensuring that the entire processing team meets its weekly target deadlines and answering any queries from the Sales Team and Doctors/Nurses. Main Duties/ Tasks: Payroll/Timesheet Processing  Saving all of the daily timesheets  Adding timesheets onto our In-House system  Enrolling new doctors onto the Payroll system  Processing payroll summaries from timesheets received  Checking entries on the system for accuracy  Collating/posting out of Sales Invoices  Dealing ad hoc queries daily/ Research and Resolve Payroll Problems  Assisting Credit Control department with their day-to-day queries Personal Qualities and Skills Required  Numeric Accuracy  Maintaining Accurate Records and Reports  Communicative/ Interpersonal Skills  Organisational Skills  Problem solving skills  Time/ Deadlines Awareness  Friendly and Approachable Manner  Ability to manage stressful/ challenging environments effectively  Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment  Great Attention to detail  Work under high amounts of pressure  Computer skills, including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word documents at a proficient level.
