Job Description

Position: Recruitment Trainer Assessor Location: West Midlands Package: £27,000 - £30,000 You'll be an experienced recruiter yourself, who has more recently been working within the world of apprentcieships and accredited training, ideally delivering recruitment apprenticeships, or closely related programmes (Sales, Team Leading, Management, Customer Service etc). The role offers a chance to join a small, newly formed, yet already successful and ambitious training provider. They operate across a selection of fields including professional services, warehouse & manufacturing, and networking. With a sole focus on working Levy employers, they have already secured numerous contracts on regional and national scales. Most of your initial learners are starting their programmes, and will be based in Worcester, so it will be key that you can access this location. With more learners coming on across West, and potentially East Midlands. The role will consist of remote delivery, as well as work place learning where you will work with your learners in groups and on an individual basis through their qualifications. On top of the salary, 25 days holiday, flexible working, plus expenses including mileage, and the tools of the job (mobile, laptop)
