The Opportunity / Role – Trainer The role of the trainer is to develop and run training sessions for all external clients You will be responsible for: Delivering face to face classroom training, pre-recorded and live webinars within the UK, and abroad to recruitment agency teams and mixed client scheduled courses at venues booked by clients and their partners Working with clients to develop new training material / plans around their existing recruitment software / social systems Developing new training sessions and material about new social media / technologies and recruitment CRMs that would benefit and help their clients Recording all training delivered and ensuring effective reposting for both the company and client Using various multimedia systems, as well as traditional methods, to develop training aids, including elements such as, Video, Printed media, Prezi, PowerPoint and other presentation systems, Webinars Attending Client meetings to aid with the sales and client management process Update social media streams with relevant content and promotion of their events Attending industry events and networking with clients / potential prospects. Researching clients, competitors, technology and arranging technology demos Writing blogs and keeping up to date with marketing, industry news and products The Candidate The Ideal candidates will ideally have Recruitment CRM systems training experience, however if you are a recruiter that is wanting a completely new challenge and would like to move into a Training role then this could be the role for you. You will have: Excellent organisation and people skills Excellent writing, verbal and presentation skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to cope under pressure and deal and negotiate with sceptics and ‘know it all’s’ in a nice engaging manor An engaging, positive, fun personality, that can communicate information in a simple, yet effective way The attitude of a self-starter and be able to manage your time and diary effectively The flexibility to travel throughout the week, with 2-3 nights away from home The offer • Salary up to £40,000 (dependent on experience) • Company Smart phone • Company Incentives / Benefits • Fun working environment • First class rail travel + Expenses
