Babington Group are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Trainer who can translate their own skills and experience into highly engaging, practical and impactful training development experiences, where their audience are provided with both the tools and ambition to deliver the best 360 Recruitment service. This role is for you if you’re a passionate Recruitment Trainer with delivery experience away from the traditional “Assessment” and “Chalk and Talk” classroom lecture and have the experience to deliver high calibre recruitment learning and development practice in inspirational ways that are internalised long term by your audience. The Recruitment Trainer position will be remote based, will predominantly cover the London / Bristol Manchester areas and may include travel nationwide. Responsibilities include: • Development and delivery of a robust training plan • Managing an ongoing training needs analysis program, enabling growth and capability to contribute to the businesses • Assisting with the design, development and writing of training material to support key objectives • Providing guidance and tuition • Co-ordinating appointments in a timely and efficient manner • Ensuring learners’ outcomes are achieved accurately and on time • Dealing with learner or employer queries efficiently and professionally Skills and Experience: • Extensive experience of Recruitment Learning and Development; including the design and development of Recruitment Training programmes • Knowledge of current and new training styles – online and face to face • Experience of implementing training delivery to support different learning styles • A commercial approach to Learning and Development with the ability to identify training needs across all levels/functions and implement results orientated solutions. • A strong track record of implementing and promoting new learning initiatives • Previous experience in enhancing capability within Recruitment teams • A proactive and engaging approach to building stakeholder relationships and ability to deliver impactful training to a variety of groups • A high degree of self-awareness and judgement, and ability to take a personal stand on issues when required • A strong communicator, both in written and spoken communications Requirements: • Previous experience of working within a recruitment role, (Commercial 360 Desk is highly desirable). • Occupational competence in Recruitment • Full Driving Licence (Essential) • CAVA / A1 Qualification (Desirable) • PTLLS or equivalent teaching qualification (Desirable) • Recruitment qualifications (Desirable) If you would like to be considered for this exciting opportunity, please apply online.
