Recruitment Trainer / Assessor - London (incuding central) + home counties (Regional Role) - up to £27k (negotiable depending on experience) + possible £4k bonus, mileage paid , mobile, laptop / 23 days + bank holidays + birthdays off, quarterly staff incentives, childcare vouchers. The Role: Recruitment Trainer / Assessor • We are looking for a Recruitment industry training professional to join this specialist provider in the delivery of Level 2 & 3 apprenticeship programmes. • Based from home you will be support a caseload of apprentices across a wide variety of recruitment settings including agency, in house and HR functions, ensuring learners are progressing through to EPA /completion. You will be travelling across London & some home counties in order to support your apprentices. • This will include a mixture of blended learning, including 1-1, classroom & workshop teaching, work based assessment and interactive delivery, the successful candidate will have a passion and fresh approach to training. • The successful candidate will hold the relevant industry background within Recruitment alongside experience in a similar role, delivering recruitment qualifications. This company is currently growing and are looking for the right individuals to support in their own career growth. • A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required. Essential Requirements: Recruitment Trainer / Assessor • Assessor Qualification is a MUST (A1, TAQA, CAVA) • Experienced in delivering training to recruiters (diplomas, NVQs, CertRP..) • Hold relevant industry experience in recruitment in order to support learners effectively • Driver with own vehicle The Employer: Recruitment Trainer / Assessor • This private training provider is a specialist in their fields of delivery.
