Recruitment Trainer, Sydney

his role will either suit a current 360 recruiter, looking to go to a hands off training role or a current trainer with previous recruitment experience.
If you don't have any previous training experience we can train you how to train. What's important is your successful recruitment background, this will give you credibility with the trainees that you will be working closely with.
If you have limited training experience we can also develop your skills.
You will be based in Sydney. As part of the training team you will be working with the trainee recruitment consultants in the group, delivering training over an initial 3 month period to all our new hires.
The training covers induction, first calls to candidates and clients, developing sales calls and your business, various sales techniques etc.
The training is delivered off the floor and the material is already written, you should be confident in your delivery and working with others to communicate the topics being covered.
If you want to write new material this is welcomed too!
As trainer you will also do 121 coaching work on the floor with individuals to assess the effect of the theory based training.
