Protocol are delighted to be working with an exciting ofsted rated good provider to recruit for an Apprenticeship Trainer based in the West Midlands area delivering Business Administration, Customer Service Practitioner and Recruitment qualifications. As part of the role, you will also embed functional skills within these qualifications. Role responsibilities Contribution to curriculum development through design and delivery of appropriate delivery models and schemes of work Completions are of the required standard and in a timely manner Deliver Functional Skills learning, exam preparation and testing to Level 2 in all 3 subjects Achievement % and timely completions of learners Update e-portoflio to record learner journey and progress The person & qualifications Occupational competency within a recruitment environment, or CertRP equivalent qualification Assessor award (D32, A1 or equivalent qualification) Ability to travel around West Midlands About Protocol Protocol are the specialist full-service recruiter dedicated to education, training and skills.
