Regional Account Manager (Training / Recruitment / Sales) Location: Cardiff / Swansea / Newport, Wales Salary: £23,801 - £26,008 Our client is now looking for a motivated Account Manager to work closely with the centre based staff to source local jobs, but also develop larger employer accounts that will generate volume vacancies and work placement opportunities for the long term. You will build significant, long term relationships with employers and larger accounts to secure the required volume of vacancies and work related opportunities to meet the needs of our job seekers. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a B2B role within a high performing commercial employability arena. You will have proven experience of exceeding targets, as well as have the ability to manage effective and influential relationships with employers. We are looking for an excellent communicator who has a confident and assertive approach to work, with flexibility to travel when required.
