Job Description

1 Our Client is looking for a Regional Carehome Recruitment Manager Monday to Friday, to work from their fantastic new office In Leicester (hours to be confirmed) The Role & Responsibilities ● To manage care workers and care homes, fulfilling all vacant shifts ● To manage the coordinating team within your designated region ● To communicate daily with the regions Salespeople ● To proactively manage all rotas provided by clients (1 to 2 weeks in advance) ● To communicate daily with Care Home Managers, key staff members, care workers & nurses ● To conduct demonstrations and deliver basic system training via desktop or in person ● To constantly update all requirements and shift trackers ● To ensure all available shifts are covered and fulfilled and KPIs are monitored ● To proactively recommend and implement process and operational improvements ● To follow up with Care Homes and care staff, ensuring client & employee satisfaction ● To be open to on-call hours where appropriate (this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities) The Person: CareHome industry experience Multi-site experience. ● You must have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with a good eye for details ● You will be self sufficient and confident, on the telephone and in person ● You will be articulate and cheerful and enjoy working with people. ● You must possess good IT skills, comfortable working in a digital environment Please note only candidates with the above skills within the care Industry will be considered for this role
