As a Regional Recruitment Manager you will work in partnership with the Divisional MD to fulfil the staffing needs of the business. Your key responsibilities 1 Work with all stakeholders to understand the demand for talent and the challenges and opportunities to meet this. 2 Partner with the Managing Director to deliver the talent strategy. 3 Demonstrate commitment to the company mission and honour the values. 4 Drive KPI's on speed, cost, and accuracy of hires. 5 Work with operational managers to ensure that resource plans maximise potential candidate attraction. 6 Collaborate with the Head of Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing Manager to develop the Voyage Care employer brand and design effective attraction and candidate management strategies. 7 Build sustainable local networks and partnerships as part of the regional attraction plan. 8 Plan and lead recruitment events as part of the regional attraction plan. 9 Participate in regional and central planning and review meetings as the talent expert. 10 10. Lead and inspire the regional recruitment team in a results driven environment. 11 Provide and analyse timely Management Information to drive business decisions. 12 Work regionally and centrally to continuously improve all aspects of recruitment and selection performance
