Regional Recruitment Manager | Health & Social Care Shrewsbury (Flexible base) Regional Travel Required Full time | Permanent £30,000 - £33,000pa plus Car Allowance CCS | Compass Corporate Services are partnering exclusively with a fantastic national and independent care provider to work within their newly organised recruitment structure reporting into the Head of Recruitment. As one of four Regional Recruitment Managers you will take full responsibility for recruitment activity in your geographical area – in this case the North West and Wales. As an experienced recruiter you will play a crucial role within the department helping to shape recruitment strategies, promoting best practice across the group whilst demonstrating a real eye for detail when it comes to collecting data and producing effective reports. To thrive in this fast paced role you will need to put into practice your leadership and management skills as you will have a small team including a recruiter and an administrator who will be focusing on recruitment for the services in their business area where it has been identified additional support is required or where new services have been launched. As a SME in your area, you will establish strong stake holder relationships to deliver guidance to service managers and to deliver solid recruitment solutions. To maintain your presence and visibility across the wider business, you will also have responsibilities to over see the work of a wider recruitment support team but these will not report directly into this role at present. This vacancy requires a candidate who has management experience within a heavy regulated, high volume recruitment environment. A background in health care would be highly advantageous with the ability and flexibility to travel being essential. Criteria Experience leading a recruitment team in a multi-site organisation Knowledge of recruitment strategies and experience of implementation Ability to thrive in an unpredictable environment Ideally have some experience working in the Health & Social care (or a strong understanding of the sector and challenges) Full and valid driving license Ability to work away and stay away from home Solutions driven Ability to work autonomously, on your own and as part of a team Recommendations CCS | Compass Corporate services is a division of Compass Associates Ltd and are acting as a Recruitment Consultancy for this permanent vacancy; we offer £200 worth of John Lewis Vouchers for each successful recommendation
