Are you confident, friendly and organised? The Human Support Group are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join the team in the South West area covering Bristol, Weston and Gloucester Your role will be to carry out carer recruitment activity across the region and to coordinate marketing and communications activity, to develop and deliver carer recruitment campaigns, supporting carer engagement and compliance. Duties • Work independently in attracting and recruiting carers to meet the branch demand. • Organise local, community engagement events to encourage applications • Manage and coordinate all local social media activity. • Implement targeted, creative media campaigns, working closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager • Work closely with Head of People and the operational team to develop and deliver ongoing recruitment activity. • Manage the carer compliance. • Produce KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis Essential Skills and Experience • Minimum of two years working in a marketing, sales or recruitment environment • Experience of organising engaging events • Experience of working in a fast paced environment • The ability to work under pressure and handle changing priorities • Experienced in the use of IT and electronic communications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook email. • Must possess a clean full current UK driving licence • Must possess a vehicle • Must be in easy commuting distance of the branches mentioned above
