We are currently seeking a Regional Recruitment Officer to support recruitment operations for our Domiciliary Care branches based across the Midlands region. August start! You will join a progressive, relationship driven recruitment team in a fast-paced environment who believe in autonomy and trust whilst being dedicated to the candidate experience. As a Recruitment Officer for Agincare you will be responsible for supporting our Domiciliary Care branches with recruitment campaigns, interviewing, selection and working to enhance the entire candidate journey for external and internal candidates. You'll lead the way to make every candidate's recruitment experience a brilliant one. You'll make sure we have the best possible Care Assistants in place to achieve growth, strategic objectives, service user satisfaction and continuity of care. Joining Agincare in this pivotal role as a Regional Recruitment Officer would be a fabulous step into internal recruitment within a fast paced adult health and social care environment. The Role Maintain a strong pipeline of carers within the region. Work alongside the Recruitment Business Partner as well as the Area Manager and Branch Managers to provide a constant supply of candidates using any advertising, social media and networking methodologies. Confident in being an ambassador of Agincare to potential care assistants. Use and promote best practise in recruitment process of new applications and delivering the best candidate journey possible. Remote Interview care assistants via video conferencing and telephone assessments. Making sure all paperwork is collected and training is completed to ensure Care Assistants are fully compliant before being approved to provide care. Quality checks on candidates via the registration process, referencing and DBS checks.To be considered for this role: You must have a stable recruitment background (ideally in social / healthcare). Have experience in managing stakeholder expectations and work well under pressure. Have a full, clean driving licence and a car as you will be expected to visit and attend meetings with the branch managers within your region. Comfortable in reporting back on recruitment activity Prioritise and organise workload effectively within a target driven and quick changing environment.You should be an ambitious, hard-working individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills as well as possessing the drive and determination needed in order to achieve growth - if you love engaging with people this is the role for you.
