The Role – Regional Recruitment Support Working with the branches in your region as well as the Regional Recruitment Manager you will be integral in the entire recruitment process, from building local attraction campaigns through to conducting face to face interviews. By building effective relationships with key stakeholders and branch members throughout the recruitment processes, you will support them in the sourcing and selection of the highest quality candidates to join our business. You will play a key role in raising the profile of our business through attending jobs fairs and recruitment events, helping maintain a steady pipeline of candidates and working closely with the central team to co-ordinate interviews to meet business requirements. Key Relationships •    Local branch teams within your designated region •    Regional Recruitment Manager •    Central Recruitment team •    Central HR team •    Branch operational stakeholders •    Wider community members such as organisations that support ‘Back to work` schemes •    Experience required: •    Experience operating within a recruitment role •    Experience of relationship management of senior stakeholders •    Experience of implementing change and embedding clear recruitment processes •    Experience of attending recruitment events and providing an insight into company culture and job roles •    Experience of an entire recruitment process, as well as conducting face to face interviews •    High mobility within your region
