Recruitment Sales Manager - Field-Based Location: Teesside £25,000 - £28,000 per annum + a generous uncapped commission structure Role: We are looking for a field-based Recruitment Sales Manager to help maximise growth across our entire business. You will become an expert in the market and will work as part of a close-knit team in an exciting and challenging role. Our busy Tyne and Wear offices cover the North East, recruiting for temporary and permanent staff in a variety of sectors, and we are looking for someone to help us expand our business in Teesside. What you'll be doing: - Responsible for expanding and managing Pertemps' services across the Teesside area - Visiting new and existing clients to sell our services and develop new recruitment opportunities - Maintaining accurate records of all sales & prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the assigned territory - Building relationships with clients across multiple industries - Managing your own diary and workload - Upgrading, up-selling and cross-selling solutions - Working towards KPIs and targets - Supporting existing staff with the 360 recruitment service Benefits: As a Recruitment Sales Manager you will not just be given an email address and a computer, but the opportunity to work as part of a successful, vibrant team and be rewarded generously for your hard work.
