Regional Student Recruitment Manager (Europe) - Independent Schools Location: London Start Date: September 2019 Contract: Permanent and full time Salary: Excellent and matched to the candidate's experience Our client is a well-regarded group of independent schools, with an excellent reputation across London, the UK and internationally. We are currently looking for a well organised and knowledgeable Regional Student Recruitment Manager, for Europe, to support and develop partnerships and provide strategic direction. The Regional Student Recruitment Manager is an integral part of the groups development International focus on European operations. The Regional Student Recruitment Manager will contribute to the delivery of excellent customer service and the achievement of student recruitment objectives, as well as establishing new partnerships. The Successful Student Recruitment Manager will be required to; Experience of successfully recruiting students to a high value educational institutions Strong understanding of the EU markets and relevant networks in these regions Previous experience of developing long-term partnerships with key agents and building new agent networks Relevant language capabilities A track record of opening up new markets Experience of recruiting students at relevant age range Experience of selling to diplomats and embassies Ability to engage directly with students and parents Student Recruitment Manager - Person Specification; Personable and strong character that is relationship focused and possesses strong skills of diplomacy Excellent consultative sales skills and experience of selling a high value offer, through multiple channels to multiple decision makers Excellent understanding of the complexities of operating in a variety of international markets A real aptitude for driving new business development in a competitive environment A track record of reaching and surpassing sales targets A stable career history Must be willing to travel extensively Educated to degree level or beyond Highly intelligent and highly motivated, excellent communicator Culturally intelligent and commercially sensitive Interviews will be held upon receipt of applicants that are well matched and therefore early responses are encouraged.
