RESOURCE AND RECRUITMENT MANAGER – IT CONSULTANCY - LONDON As the Resource & Recruitment Manager, you will work closely with the Academy and implement the company’s resource strategy. You are the point of contact for all resourcing (Permanent, associate and internal recruitment) activities. Your prime responsibilities will include the resource management of our Permanent consultants, interview preparation & feedback, bench management and overall utilisation. You will have considerable experience of working within an internal recruitment and/or resourcing function for an IT Consulting or professional services organisation. You will have experience of primary responsibility for ensuring accuracy of internal skills pools – whether in training, in placement period or on the bench – and you will have the ability to build and progress an associate database for resourcing contracts where necessary. Your responsibilities. Resource Management * Overall management and coordination of Consultants on the bench, in pre-assignment and in training * Manage resource requests raised by our Sales and Delivery departments * Resource client projects with suitable candidates from the Consultants talent pool – including training, pre-assignment period and bench * Manage the resourcing process from search and selection, through to offer and acceptance * Prepare and brief Consultants on assignment details, CV writing, conducting non-technical/technical interviews with potential candidates and arranging further technical communication/training where necessary * Co-ordinate and maintain the database of Consultant profiles – reviewing and updating where necessary * Work with the Marketing team to find innovative ways to introduce our Consultants to our clients via email campaigns, events, social media and video projects * Produce management reports and collect information Associate Resourcing * Define and maintain the selection process for associate staff, including testing and interviewing * Where required - define, confirm and refine role descriptions for associate staff * Define and maintain the strategy for recruitment of contract staff through various channels such as head-hunting, targeted search campaigns and on-line advertising channels * Co-ordinate and maintain an applicant CV database for associates * Create and maintain a long-term relationship with a list of trusted associates Internal Permanent Resourcing * Responsible for the permanent recruitment of internal staff * Define and maintain the strategy for recruitment of internal staff through various channels such as head-hunting, targeted search campaigns and on-line advertising channels * Liaise with recruitment agencies when necessary * Drive opportunities to replace associates with our junior Consultants and/or Senior consultants benchmarks You will be measured on the following criteria: * Ability to prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines * Quality and accuracy of services provided to resource consultants on client projects for the Sales team * Feedback from colleagues * Demonstration of the company values in your day-to-day performance and conduct Values * Drive.
