Resourcer/Trainee Consultant

The Clinical Professionals Group

Our highly successful and talented team are recruiting for another Resourcer/Trainee Consultant due to phenomenal growth over the last 6 months. Your role will primarily be responsible for candidate sourcing and selection, being the first port of call for new candidate registration and developing relationships with your candidate network. You will work with consultants generating candidates for various projects, and will have at your disposal an extensive candidate database as well as numerous websites and social media tools. You will also be responsible for the upkeep of the database with a particular focus on building out our network of candidates in the UK / Europe.

The CP team commit to working to very high standards both with clients and candidates, and as such we maintain rigorous internal procedures to ensure a great experience from candidates and clients.

The role Of Resourcer

You will be broadly responsible for the following but this is not exhaustive:

  • The identification and attraction of candidates for specific recruitment projects

  • Building relationships with the candidate population in the UK and EU and constantly aim to proactively build out this network

  • Through candidate conversations, help to build the CP brand in Europe and to identify business opportunities

  • Support the consultants in preparing candidate shortlists and arranging candidate interviews

  • Constantly build knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, the recruitment process, the candidate network and organisational structures to enable eventual progression to consultant level

  • Offer CV, interview and general career advice to candidates in the UK/EU market

    The candidate - Essential experience

  • Experience of working in a recruitment / sales environment before and having a good understanding of the research/resourcing role will be an advantage

  • You will have first-class communication skills and be able to gain immediate credibility with candidates up to Director level

  • You will be comfortable operating in a corporate environment and be able to interact and collaborate with teams across the business

  • You will be degree-educated
