Job Description

Resourcer & Trainee Recruitment Consultant for the Trades (Steels) division. Basic Salary –£15,000 - £19,000 dependant on experience. Here at Fusion Trades, we are currently expanding our existing team of 8 successful Recruitment consultants within the Construction Trades division based within the London City Offices. This role will involve working alongside and supporting the 2 specialised consultants on the Steels desk where full training and support will be provided. You will be working within an open plan modern office space based in the city. The ideal candidates will possess a "can do" positive attitude coupled with excellent communication skills - verbally and written, be computer literate and an avid team player with the ability to work alone when necessary. It is essential that the chosen candidates can identify and priorities workloads effectively to maintain an efficient and appropriate working day. Core duties of the Resourcer/Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include but not be limited to: - Recruitment Process: •Gain an understanding of the recruitment process. •Manage candidates through the company’s recruitment process. •Adherence to the company’s recruitment process. •Conduct professional references on candidates. •Preparing CV’s for CV Submission. •Arranging interviews. Candidates: •Advert writing Gain an understanding of Companies search engines and tools •Gain an understanding of how the varying job boards •Mail shot candidate databases •Candidate sourcing •Identification of candidates (matching candidate skills with client requirements) •Telephone interviewing candidates and candidate qualification •Generating candidates from referrals and recommendations •Selling clients and roles to candidates •Closing candidates CRM: •Gain a full understanding of the CRM system •Reach a high level of competency with the CRM system •Full accurate registration and recording of candidates on the CRM (including candidate notes) •Creation of Shortlists •Add contacts, clients and jobs to the CRM General: •Demonstration adherence to all company policies and procedures •Positive attitude towards work •Show an aptitude and willingness to develop yourself and gain an understanding of the recruitment industry •Become familiar with company KPI’s •Prioritising work load •Build strong working relationships Key competencies include: •Management of Candidates •Database & Account Management •Organisation skills •The ability to work to tight deadlines and target driven environment •Time management skills •Attention to detail •Multi-Tasking skills •Ability to display initiative •Confidence to deal with Customers & Clients •Personable phone manner •Competency with Microsoft Software Packages This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with the right skills and attitude to create lasting and valuable relationships whilst gaining development and training in a fantastic working environment.
