A resourcing position has become available at Academics' head office, as a result of the promotion of one of our current candidate resourcers. Resourcing is a comfortable step into the world of recruitment; you will receive comprehensive training and develop all the essential skills required to step up into a consultant position. What we need from you: As a candidate resourcer, you will be expected to: * Source and select appropriate candidates within the education sector. * Identify qualities within a candidate that would fit a potential job role. * Network with candidates both in the office and at external events. * Represent Academics in a professional and positive manner. In order to succeed as a resourcer, you will need to be comfortable talking to new people and have exemplary communication skills. An optimistic attitude is appreciated along with a passion and drive to succeed. You need to be resilient and have the ability to keep up with a fast paced environment. Graduates will be considered alongside non-graduates with customer facing experience and or education experience.
