Job Description

An extremely successful Managing Consultant specialising within Marketing needs help to continue servicing the high volume of roles he has with brand name clients.

We are looking for a bright and driven individual with a passion for excellent customer service, who can support our Managing Consultant within this highly competitive market niche.

With an outstanding client roster developed over 10 years, and a well established database of candidates who know and trust Blue Pelican, the potential for both job satisfaction and financial reward is high.

Key to the role is a desire to offer a fantastic candidate experience, coupled with excellent communication skills and strong administration capability. You will be responsible for the full candidate lifecycle, as well as creation of well crafted job advertisements. You will work to personalised KPIs but without a revenue target, and will have a high degree of autonomy within a highly supportive team.

You will be very comfortable sourcing candidates through both on and offline channels, but ultimately you must be able to develop strong relationships over the phone with the brightest and best in this fast paced and dynamic industry.

You will have:

– Previous recruitment experience in a candidate focused role
– Excellent attention to detail 
– Strong time management 
– Great administration skills 
– High level verbal and written communication skills 
– Good IT literacy, specifically with Word and Outlook
– A tenacious and proactive approach to work
– The ability to work to targets
– A willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ to get the job done
