Resourcer / Delivery Consultant Reading Resourcing Solutions is a leading and award winning recruitment specialist in Engineering and Construction disciplines for Rail, Power and the Built Environment/Construction. The Opportunity We are currently looking for a Resourcer to be based from our office in Ruscombe. Working with a team of experienced recruitment consultants you will be responsible for the resourcing side of the recruitment process. You will work alongside our Business Development Managers to source scare skilled candidates within the rail sector. You will build relationships with these candidates and ultimately be responsible for placing them into contract opportunities. Our Rail division generates over £6m NFI and is home to 3 of biggest billers, so you will have the opportunity to learn from the very best in the industry.
