Job Description

Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant. To be successful in the role, you will need to be driven, adaptable and aspire to progress within the company. Main Duties: You will be involved in telesales and customer visits within the Thetford area Once training has been completed, you will work autonomously and proactively to build and maintain client relationships within the commercial sector Follow up on Sales leads swiftly, accurately and with a positive outcome Resourcing candidates via online portal, assisting with the maintenance of the Hales Thetford Facebook accounts including reading and responding to Facebook messages and booking candidate registrations Including being trained and developed within different aspects of the company; assisting other departments when required and covering holidays Weekly mailers to clients Scanning registration packs into inhouse computer system General administration, filing, scanning and data inputting. Essential Skills: Full driving licence required Confident communication skills with proven experience dealing with people on the phone, via email and face to face Adaptable to an ever-changing environment Experience working successfully to KPI’s Proven experience of organising your own workload and working to deadlines This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding, busy and personable team!
