Resourcer/Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a Resourcer / Junior Consultant to join the team as our Business is growing! We are an established highly thought of Agency within the Industry, providing both permanent and temporary candidates to our niched clients within the Horticulture Division. Our Clients range from private Estates to Design and Build providing Management, Head gardeners to garden maintenance personnel. The ideal candidate will have some experience but we are happy to train. We are a dynamic, customer focused results driven and friendly organisation so if you are passionate about recruitment and customer service then come join us!! The role will involve all aspects of the recruitment process including: * Resourcing- via the database, networking and referrals, headhunting and social media * Relationship building with both candidates and Clients * Matching candidates to vacancies * Typing of CV’s and gaining proof of right to work documentation * Arranging interviews- briefing candidates and providing all necessary information in regards to role and opportunity * Ensuring full compliancy of candidates and general administration * Attending Industry Conferences Benefits * Competitive Salary * Performance related bonus scheme * Interest free season ticket after trial period * Casual dress Fridays * On-going training & development
