Permanent Resourcer role – Working from home is an option but the right candidate needs to be flexible and is required to be in the office at least 2 days a week in Cambridge. Our clients are currently looking for a Resourcer to join their company within Education/Leadership recruitment based just outside of Cambridge city (Must be able to drive to Cambridge.) You must have at least one years’ experience in recruitment as a Resourcer or have sales experience and be able to start immediately! Our client is extremely driven and dedicated in all that they do and so are very are keen to source a likeminded colleague to join them in the next phase of their company journey. As a Resourcer you will be a part of a dedicated, friendly and personable resourcing team, you will work alongside the sales team in this fast-paced, proactive and growing search and selection organisation to continue to deliver the service, for which they are nationally renowned. Roles and Responsibilities will include: * Liaising with schools/governors regarding their requirements * Collating information for candidates into a brochure * Arranging advertisements * Arranging documentation for assignments you are associated with * Executive search/Headhunting potential candidates * Converting candidates into applicants * Arranging school visits * Assisting with shortlisting procedure * Providing feedback to both parties * Arranging, managing and attending interview days * Attending client meetings nationwide (Must Drive and have * Update the CRM system on an ongoing basis Key accountabilities: * Experience/Skills sought in the successful candidate: * Excellent written and verbal communication * Strong interpersonal skills (and a sense of humour!) * Positive 'can do' attitude * Ability to 'think outside of the box' and to go the extra mile. * Professionalism * Driven and be resilient * Previous experience in a fast-paced environment * Excellent computer/IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and ideally Publisher * Ability to prioritise your workload, work under pressure and working to tight deadlines * Must be confident talking to people face to face and via telephone * This role will include travel throughout the UK, so it is essential that a full clean UK driving licence is held and you have your own vehicle If you have experience in the industry or you believe you have the necessary transferrable skills and are looking for a new challenge, then please apply asap
