RPO Manager

Job Title: RPO Manager
Location: London, United Kingdom
Salary: £30/50000 base plus bonus
Job Published: January 20, 2016 10:17

Job Description

We are recruiting for a major international recruitment group, operating across nearly all of Europe and Asia as well a domestically in the UK.
They are active in a huge variety of sectors and a vast number of clients but their key clients are spending seven figure sums with them each year, and the same to many competitors too, and as a result many have asked them to run a managed service for them to lower costs and improve efficiency.
The intention is not to go head to head against the AMS's, Penna's or Capita's of the world but to design and build mid-level, value added programmes for their clients. They are unlikely to be able to compete with massive RPO's on massive projects at massive clients where the only real objective is bottom line savings but their international experience and client networks will allow them to offer a quality solution on difficult assignments to valued clients.
What they lack however is any internal RPO or Vendor Managed experience to take the helm of the project.

They are looking for someone who understands the technology of RPO and knows how to use it to construct a programme for a client. This person should also have excellent account management skills and, in an ideal world, have some experience of dealing internationally.

The right person will probably be working, or have been working, in an environment like AMS, Cielo, Capita, Penna, Hyphen or Hydrogen but will feel like a cog in a machine and be looking for a more entreprenuerial and less structured role.
They will probably have started their recruitment career in a 360 position and want something now that sits somewhere between where they started and what they do now; a more commercial and dynamic position where they will lead the new function, build a team and convert existing clients from a contingency or retained search model to an RPO.
The role could be based in Central or West London. or possibly Milton Keynes, and there will be a degree of international travel to leverage off the overseas network.
The right person could have anywhere between 4 and 15 years experience and basic salary could be anywhere between £30k and £50k as a result.

This genuinely is a fantastic opportunity to create your own empire in an award winning and hugely successful group.
