Joining them as a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for proactively developing relationships with local and national employers via telesales and client visits; promoting the brand and service to employers in order to gain vacancies, jobs, placements, work trials, in-work training opportunities and commercial training. A key part of the role will be to link our funding streams and services across contracts to offer the best training and recruitment solution to employers. Exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly targets, you will develop excellent working relationships with Jobcentre Plus Advisors, employers and external agencies to promote customer engagement and progression whilst building and maintaining strong links with local communities, local employers and external agencies. Accurately matching customers to the role profile and client for a successful and sustainable placement, you must interview and prepare customer details (briefing customers prior to interview) and attend employer visits to support employers by identifying current skills gaps within the work place. Target orientated and sales driven, you will have experience of cold calling employers to generate opportunities. Industry experience is not necessarily an essential requirement; we’re looking for a candidate with a tenacious and innovative approach to sales who can offer us a fresh perspective on the role. With exceptional account management skills and the ability to forge long lasting relationships, you will be self-sufficient, highly organised and computer literate and capable of negotiating and winning business. Due to the field based nature of the role, a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
