Ideal requirements * Full UK Driving licence and own transport * A people person with drive and a resilient nature * Meticulous * Drive to increase earnings year on year * Organised and structured work attitude with the confidence to work in a fast paced office based role which can offer variation in work tasks The role in brief: The process of your role in a nut shell: * Matching CV’s and candidates to the perfect job opportunity * Discussing new job opportunities to potential candidates * Admin – preparing and marketing CV’s to the companies clients * Organising interviews – email, phone * Headhunting the best candidates in the market for the companies clients * Writing adverts, job posting. * Working closely with colleagues, clients and candidates With training given you will be working as part of a team with a focus on recruiting skilled engineers to skilled job opportunities across the UK. You will be tasked to match candidates and applicants to the desired job brief given by the companies customers. The role of a resourcer is to find the best candidates to match the job brief given by the customer. How do you earn your commission? When you have found the perfect candidate for the customer and they employ the candidate you sourced YOU earn commission. The Market we work in: You will be recruiting within the Engineering and Manufacturing markets aiding businesses by offering them support with their Permanent and Contract recruitment. The end goal: Supporting the sales team you will help aid growth by offering admin and sourcing support to grow the business. The customer base grows year on year which in turn ultimately means more money/commission in your back pocket! You will be organised, methodical and a people person who wants to deliver an excellent service.
