Sales and Recruitment Advisor – Full Time

Job Overview: To increase and develop sales of apprenticeships and training provision for Train4All Construction Academy in Somerset and North Devon. The role is predominantly to increase our customer base with employers and learners across both regions in order to meet funding targets. The successful applicant will be responsible for promoting apprenticeship vacancies using a variety of methods and matching learner applications to vacancies by providing high quality advice and guidance via initial interviews. This is a brand new position with an ever growing company and one that can be developed in time. A company vehicle is available for use. Duties: * To assist in developing marketing strategies to expand and promote the apprenticeship programmes and other courses delivered by Train4All * To assist in the recruitment of learners by attending marketing events, making presentations to schools and job centres, and conducting initial interviews for apprentices and learners. * To increase employer base and secure job opportunities for apprentices * Market provision to potential learners, external organisations, employers, personal advisors and parents and to establish effective links with youth workers, schools and stakeholders. * Update and manage social media sites and the National Apprenticeship vacancy site with all apprentice job opportunities available * Recruit young people from aged 16 in relevant areas for traineeship and apprenticeship programmes – targets will be set * Complete all necessary funding paperwork, including Health & Safety assessments, enrol learners and employers onto relevant apprenticeship and traineeship programmes * Maintain and develop appropriate administrative systems to monitor sales and recruitment * Recruit for new bespoke projects should Government funding become available * Undertake such duties commensurate with the grade of the post as may reasonably be required
