Job Description

Maxim Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a top care agency to find a Sales and Recruitment Executive. This role is based in Ipswich. This involves the following major responsibilities 1. Business and marketing activities in conjunction with the Branch Manager to identify and secure new business within the designated client groups. 2. Regular client contact to retain and develop relationships with existing clients 3. Continuous recruitment activity to meet client requirements 4. Member retention activities 5. Efficient and timely placement of nursing and care staff. 6. Maintenance of accurate records. 7. Operate in line with CQC requirements/legislation Specific Duties The specific duties will include 1. A continuous effort to develop the business within the designated sector/s 2. To report weekly to the Branch Manager on sector performance 3. Implement a recruitment and retention plan for the sector 4. Co-ordinate the daily operation for the ‘desk’ and ensure an effective service delivery 5. Carry out recruitment of Healthcare professionals in accordance with ISO and CQC requirements 6. Conduct recruitment activities that ensure equal opportunities are afforded to all candidates 7. Identification of training and development needs for members. 8. Dealing with initial complaints and referring as necessary 9. Providing information and advice to the Branch Manager on pay and charge rates. 10. Negotiating charge rates with clients, as agreed with Branch Manager 11. Ensuring effective placement of nursing and care staff in line with client needs 12. Maintaining up to date and accurate records of all members, clients and placements, in line with procedures set out in Quality manual and as required by CQC. Key factors to success 1. Articulate with the ability to put across ideas succinctly and clearly. 4. Computer literate in Microsoft Word. 5. Ability to work on own initiative - self-starter, able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. 6. Good team player 7. Attention to detail 8. Willingness to embrace change Education Good basic education. Recruitment experience/qualification desirable.
