BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – APPRENTICESHIP/RECRUITMENT LEEDS UP TO £25,000 PER ANNUM + £30K OTE (UNCAPPED) + PROGRESSION + BENEFITS! THE OPPORTUNITY: I am currently recruiting for my client based in Leeds for an Account Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis. You be selling sponsorship and advertising opportunities within the publication and online. The Apprenticeship Guide is of their flagship accounts and the go to resource on apprenticeships. The government distribute the guide into all schools and colleges in England and we have over one million views online per year. THE ROLE: * Prospecting new business by establishing contact with potential clients * Maintaining existing client relationships * Establish an understanding of apprenticeships and the apprenticeship levy * Identifying and researching new revenue opportunities * Meeting individual KPI's * Working towards project targets * Working within a team environment * Follow the sales admin process, including documenting information accurately onto CRM. * To ensure all client information is up to date * Ensure Client care is maintained at all times THE PERSON: * Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport. * A passion for meeting targets and a motivation for sales. * Proven sales experience of 2-3 years would be advantageous.
