Sales Executive - Awesome Recruitment CRM Software from Sydney London, UK £50,000 - 60,000 Base (£120,000 OTE) + 2 trips to Sydney a year + Comprehensive training plus all tools of trade. About Us: We are a rapidly expanding web based recruitment software platform with over 1600 customers and 10,000 users globally. We are experiencing strong growth in a number of markets and are very excited to have a new Business Development Manager position to facilitate our growth in the UK market. We offer comprehensive, easy to use cloud based recruitment management system that is disrupting the traditional recruitment software market. We are 100% web and mobile based, fully integrated with social media, is easy to use and beautiful to look at. Agency and in-house recruiters are signing up as fast as we can take their orders so we urgently need Sales Execs to join our team. About the role: We are seeking highly intelligent, consultative Sales Executive who understand the art of listening, understanding and solving problems. The role is to introduce businesses to a better, more affordable, more enjoyable and productive way of managing their recruitment activities. Your role is to unearth and speak to prospective customers, understand their needs, qualify whether their needs are a good fit for us and then arrange face to face or web based product demonstrations for them. A few very important points about this role: We close more than 50% of deals where we get to show the product. Our market is massive. There are over 20,000 staffing agencies in the UK region alone and over 100,000 corporate recruitment teams who need to see this. In fact most companies with more than 100 staff are your prospects. We "sell" by listening, showing and solving. We do not engage in many traditional software sales techniques. For example we don't do FUD, we don't speak about competitors and we regularly qualify out of opportunities where we believe our solution is not the best fit for the customer. We have hundreds of happy customers who will happily testify to the success of the recruitment platform. We are backed by the best Customer Support team in the industry - bar none. This role is a national role selling the recruitment platform to recruitment and staffing agencies as well as to inhouse corporate recruitment teams. We are just building our UK sales force now so there is still plenty of opportunity to work with us in defining territories however this role is a London based position. About You: You are a highly intelligent, consultative Sales Exec who has had experience selling a number of different products and services. You know you are an excellent sales person but you also know you have to completely believe in your product and company in order to be the best sales exec you can be. You are based in or around the London area. People trust you because you don't BS them. You have your prospective customer's best interests at heart at all times and would rather say no and walk away from an opportunity than push a square peg into a round hole. You are the kind of sales exec who wants to be genuinely delighted when you run into a customer in a bar or at a conference because you know you have sold them an awesome solution. You may have worked in the following capacities: Recruitment Software Sales, Recruitment CRM Sales, Recruitment Advertising Sales, Recruiting SaaS Sales. ----------------------- Interested?
