Job Description

The Post Reporting to the MD, you will focus on identifying and closing new opportunities. Commission is structured such that you will continue to earn even after handover to the account management team. Over time there is the potential to grow this significantly. Sales Executive Basic Salary - circa £24k plus uncapped commission plan (first year earnings £35k-£45k) with 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Location - Milton Keynes MK5 (free parking). Full-time permanent; flexible and part-time working considered. Essential Proven track record of business to business sales. Self-starter, quick learner and highly organised. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Good with people; clear and persuasive. Desirable Experience of the recruitment industry. Familiar with the job-board market.
