DWI are the established leaders in Global IT Recruitment and we are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to manage our IT Contracts Recruitment Team. With an enviable client list spanning some of the most renowned global blue-chip organisations, DWI has been paving the way for Global IT Contracts Recruitment since 2012. As a Sales Manager, your role is fundamental to the growth of DWI. Reporting to the Directors, this is a senior role and you will be responsible for managing and building a team of recruitment consultants, business development and improving business processes. You will be naturally influential with exceptional leadership & sales skills and at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role. You have an established track record in a leadership and sales management role along with experience in implementing business development campaigns, producing new business and conversions. You need to be highly influential and passionate about developing new business as well as networking and maintaining relationships with clients. You will be working will global leaders and will be supported by the Directors who will provide ongoing leadership development and mentoring.
