Sales Manager -Recruitment up to £25k basic salary plus commission Established in 1982 and independently owned, the Olympic Staff agency remains a key supplier of temporary and permanent staffing solutions in the following sectors, Hospitality and Catering, Nursery Personnel, Accountancy and Finance, Administration and Office staff as well as Warehousing and Industrial Staff. We are currently looking to appoint a Sales Manager to join our team. Someone who is driven, self-motivated individual with a passion to perform, who can support and contribute to our growth plans. This role is all about identifying and developing sales opportunities. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for sales! This is the ideal role for an experienced Sales person looking to develop their career with an up and coming organization with the opportunity to develop your personal skills. As an Sales Manager, you will be responsible for bringing new buisnesses and recruiting only the very best talent for the client. You will be involved with advertising, screening, nterviewing and submitting CV's. You will be responsible for managing the account and the client relationship. The Role -Being responsible for the sales processes from A to Z. - Headhunting, research and market mapping - Building and maintaining strong relationships with the clients, with a view to creating future sales opportunities Recruiting for all levels of Warehouse, Admin, Rec 2 Rec, Management and others - Managing advertising and social media campaigns - Database Management - Add and maintain client data - Continually increase market knowledge and build social profile. Ideal Candidate - Excellent sales/negotiation skills - Strong leadership skills with the ability to bring out the best in others and a desire to achieve results - Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills - The ability to come up with solutions and thrive in a pressurised environment - Excellent time management skills - Extensive B2B cold calling experience - Knowledge of the recruitment process, candidate journey and client journey - Experience of working in a recruitment agency environment, ideally with permanent business, - Good Excel and Outlook skills. Basic salary up to £25k depending on experience. Excellent commission structure on placements
