We are looking for someone who: * Has a strong track record on billing, winning and developing new clients, being a leader from the front and driving innovation * Is passionate about transforming sales, service and marketing and whose values alight with ProMedical‘s People. First culture * You will thrive on seeing your team mature and evolve to excel industry standards, whilst growing personally and professionally. * Has high emotional intelligence, with genuine empathy for others; maximizing your influencing and coaching approach through understanding the motivations of your team, and adapting your communication accordingly * Is a positive change agent – you create a culture of transparency and focussed improvement while having fun and fostering a strong team environment. * Has a proven record to overachieved – you have a “never quit” focused attitude, and get buy-in from others to succeed with targets regardless of the adversity being faced. * Is data driven – you leverage and effectively communicate using metrics to improve core KPIs for individuals and the team. * Uses good sound judgement – especially when tasked with difficult decisions and decision making. * Is accountable; honest, transparent and authentic * Is a team builder and coach of learning sellers – you have experience coaching consultants with proven experience, driving from zero to hero.
