Our client is a leading Publisher and content provider producing magazines, websites, events and business intelligence. They are now looking for a Sales Manager to lead one of their flagship titles in their Recruitment area. The brand allows “Social Care” professionals to access vital industry news, developments and legislation. The Role of the Sales Manager: Working in a competitive market place the successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent team building and management skills to drive the team but will also be able to generate new and grow existing relationships with multiple stakeholders with the organisations. You will be expected to lead from the front using their ‘gravitas’ and face to face sales skills to secure business as well as developing and coaching the sales team in a value based selling approach. You will take responsibility for larger key accounts to ensure you’re flexing your sales skills and keeping close to the market place. The role requires someone with passion, enthusiasm and drive to motivate and lead from the front – a real team player who sets high expectations and has a track record that demonstrates their ability and strength to succeed.
