After joining Precision 10 years ago I have just recently been promoted to Sales Manager of the Sales Division tasked with recruiting passionate individuals that want to be given the chance to do recruitment right, leaving the client and the candidate raving about how well they have been treated and that you have exceeded their expectations. I have now been tasked to recruit for our business someone who has the experience to drive our temporary and contract business to new heights The role A Manager at Precision is someone who leads from the front showing the consultants how to work smarter not harder. You will be managing and develop the team to achieve team and individual billings. You will lead from the front with client engagement working toward sole supplier status with key accounts. Driving new ideas through the business to grow our candidate pool reaching the best people in the market. This is a billing manager's role and you need to be happy to have targets for your contribution to the team. This role sits on the management team and you will have weekly involvement with shaping the business and helping us grow. What's in it for you?
