Experienced Sales Executive - Cross Train as a Recruitment Consultant. CV Bay are an established and successful Recruitment Consultantany who are expanding due to on-going success and are interested in talking to experienced Sales Executives who wish to cross training as a Recruitment Consultant. We will provide you will all the training, support and tools you need to make a success of your career. Successful individuals should expect to earn up to £40,000 in their first year made up of a starting basic salary of £22,000 and commission paid monthly on top. Your second year earning should be c£50,000 and after that consultants can earn up to a very real £80,000. The job will involve working with a senior consultant initially until you are self-sufficient and confident to work independently. Then the aim is to start up your own desk, which we will help you to build. Once this is done you should have a good client base that gives you regular repeat business and will enable to you bill a certain amount on a regular basis. Each consultant will have their own desk, PC, phone, email, CRM system and access to the online job boards which are used to search to find new candidates who are hopefully suitable for the open jobs we have at the time. We predominantly recruit for permanent roles, but sometimes temp and contract posts as well. We are a friendly sociable team of mixed ages and backgrounds. This is a 5 minute walk from Moor Street Station and a 10 min walk from New Street Station. We also have lots of parking near the office either for free or for a couple of pounds a day. We are currently based in a loft style office which is open plan and on the top floor of the original Custard Factory Building. We have lots of independent cafés, bars and eateries in the complex, so there is always something nice to do a lunch time. Our core hours are 8am to 4.30pm as most people enjoy being able to leave the office early to beat the traffic so they can have an evening to themselves at home or with their family. Also at the moment we always finish at 3pm on a Friday. We offer 20 days holiday which rises to 25 days after 3 years of service + Xmas shut down, and put 3% into a pension for you. We also hold monthly achiever incentives, such as taking out our staff to a top restaurant if they hit their target on the 1st Friday of the new month. We also hold quarterly targets and recently took the achievers to Barcelona on an all-expenses paid weekend We wear smart casual dress, and have the radio on in the office, and also have other little perks like a bean to cup coffee machine, hot chocolate, tea, milk and bread for toast. We want someone who has a background in sales who is not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to anyone. We will provide all the on the job training, but the self-motivation part really needs to come from the individual to ensure success.
