Enterprise Recruitment is a specialist recruitment firm working with corporate clients and jobseekers in the electronics and technology industry. We offer a clients a specialised service with staff who are switched-on sales people who understand their technical needs. Working as a recruitment consultant, you will be speaking with people who are designing the latest technology gadgets – it could be the next smartwatch, the next camera used by the film industry, or the touch-screen entertainment system you might find in your next car. You may find yourself talking to people who design satellite technology used in Space or those who are developing instruments for the medical industry that will end up helping people in hospital. A typical day in this sales role may look like this: • Speaking to clients to really understand their latest technical requirements and the skills they require for their firm. • Working quickly to identify suitable candidates for your technical job vacancies making use of the different methods & resources available to you. • Interviewing jobseekers and providing them with all the client information they’ll require. • Supporting your candidates through your client’s interview process, providing honest & useful feedback to both parties throughout the recruitment process. • Communicating job offers to your candidates & generating revenue for Enterprise Recruitment. • Researching companies & conducting business development calls to expand your pipeline. • Making hot drinks for your team!! Salary & Rewards: £20k - £25k base salary (according to individuals’ skills and experience) + commission + bonuses + benefits. Commission is uncapped and starts from day one, it’s an incredibly rewarding scheme - there is no limit to your earning potential. We have additional bonuses in place too.
