Job Description

We are looking to offer an initial 6 month FTC with a view to extending into a permanent job. If you love sales and have a strong ability to develop relationships then please apply as no experience is necessary. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive to Achieve * To achieve prospect activity targets, high quality standards and meet specific client requirements in the permanent business stream. * Carry out a wide range of sales activities, including cold calling, telephone sales, prospect visits, mailshots. * Prepare sales presentations for clients, promoting Adecco UK as the supplier of first choice. * To expand the client base by actively sourcing new business, actively following up on sales calls and pursuing all sales opportunities. * Build intelligence on client companies through reviewing candidates interview experience and advising future candidates on their interview strategies. * Present candidates details to clients and make interview arrangements, ensuring the candidate is fully briefed on the interview arrangements. Business Acumen * To improve Adecco's penetration into the Permanent local recruitment market by ensuring Adecco has the sales activity to gain maximum benefit from local opportunities both in terms of geography and business stream. * To continually seek to develop the business within existing clients by identifying opportunities and expanding Adecco services by dept and /or location. * To proactively sell candidates to appropriate companies who have had a past requirement for the candidates skill set. Relationship Building * Establish and maintain good relationships with prospect clients through assessing their specific needs and winning the business through professional and appropriate solution and pricing proposals. * Continually improve client relationships by reviewing customer feedback information and taking positive steps to address customer concerns and build on causes of satisfaction. * Maintain ongoing positive relationships on a weekly basis with candidates and regular contact to maintain commitment and ensure availability. Organisational Skills * Research sales opportunities using internal sales and management information and external market data and focus activities accordingly. * To ensure that clients are aware of company terms of business and charges if requested. * Build and maintain a database of candidates and their capabilities to ensure swift and accurate responses to client needs. People Skill and Sensitivity * Liaise with the Branch Careers Consultant for the sourcing and placement of temporary candidates and gaining suitable introductions to new clients. * Interview and assess candidates to fully understand their capabilities and ensure best possible job matching.
