On behalf of my client - a busy and thriving Head Office that is based in the Thorne area of Doncaster, we are holding a Recruitment Open Day at their premises. This is a sales based role therefore candidates should be aware that this role will involve calling customers to book them in for their vehicles servicing and MOT'ing, to speak about Service Plans - Gap Insurance or Vehicle Health Checks. FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED so no previous experience in required. The hours of work will be between 9am-7pm, working shifts of either 9-6, 9.30-7 or 9-5 over 40 hours a week. This includes working one in three Saturdays 9-1.30. These shifts will be put in place after the training period. On completion of your probationary period, your salary increases quite dramatically and you are also then able to start earning commission with the average consultant earning between £22,000 - £24,000 per annum. Events on the day: - Tour of the Organisation - Presentation that highlights what they are about and who they are - Role play (to see how you are in regards to communicating with other's) - Psychometric Testing (to see if your personality would fit in to this type of environment - INTERVIEW (If still interested in the role a formal interview will take place and a start date offered if successful) Candidate requirements: - Positive attitude towards work - Wanting a full time, permanent job - Sales experience desirable but not essential as full training is provided - Motivated and determined to succeed - Able to travel to the Thorne area of Doncaster on a daily basis - Flexibility in regards to working hours - Confident and driven - Able to communicate with a diverse range of people - Wanting a full time career - IT Literate - Concise and accurate when recording information The Recruitment Open Day will be running from 10.00am - 3.00pm on Friday 21st October 2016.
