They are responsible for ensuring the companies ambitious growth plans are supported by the very best sales talent. Here's what you can expect to be doing - Setting up and facilitating assessment centres and face to face interviews - Support wider recruitment project activity - Proactive sourcing for sales candidates - Managing data relating to candidate pipeline - Managing advert response - Screening candidates for specific roles - Supporting the Recruiters in all day to day activities - Various recruitment administration and on boarding tasks A few things about you - Experience working with customers over the phone is essential - Telephone interview experience would be highly advantageous - A highly organised individual with a strong attention to detail - Experiencing using ATS/CRM systems - Positive, results driven attitude - Goal orientated with a clear passion to succeed - Strong ability to manage multiple roles and work to tight deadlines - Excellent organisational and time management skills Why choose AO?
