Sales / Business Consultant (Recruitment, Contracts) BLUS46184 Hull Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Exciting opportunities are available working with our Client. The External Funding team are in the process of expanding their contract portfolio, maximising opportunities across Yorkshire and Humber to secure funding from the European Structural and Investment Fund. To support the ongoing successful delivery of the External Funding provision they are currently looking to recruit a Sales / Business Consultant to join them. This role will appeal to candidates who enjoy working in a rapidly changing sector and who enjoy being able to help shape the growth of a company. Within the role of a Sales/Business Consultant, you will actively engage with employers and employer groups, promoting our Client in a professional manner. This is a permanent full time position, based out of their Hull site. Understanding and providing innovative solutions to the business needs of employers and employer groups, you will provide sustainable opportunities for all customers. Maintaining a strong pipeline of employer opportunities, vacancies and training opportunities to fulfil our contractual requirements, the role also involves maintaining both internal and external relationships at all times whilst promoting our Client in a professional manner. They are looking for someone who has previous experience of meeting employer needs through recruitment, training, education, or other development solutions. With recent and relevant experience of working in a fast-paced contract environment, you will have excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail. With a confident and proactive approach in generating new business leads, you will be able to effectively promote and market the contract with businesses, whilst maintaining a professional and responsive attitude towards colleagues and stakeholders.
