Sales/Recruitment Consultant Salary £25,000 per annum + Holidays + Pension + Bonus Driver Hire Dartford is part of Driver Hire Group services, the UK’s leading specialist transport and logistics recruiter of temporary and permanent driving and non-driving staff, with a network of over 100 offices. As part of our plans to expand the business in 2020 onwards, we are looking for an experienced transport person to work as a Sales/Recruitment in our office in Darford. As a Recruitment/Sales Consultant, your duties will include: * Developing and maintaining a strong client and candidate database. * Maintaining effective relationships with candidates and clients by attending client visits * Delivering sales presentations, specking drivers out to customers. * Creating and introducing new ways of identifying and retaining clients and candidates. * Sourcing candidates (predominately drivers LGV1/2, 7.5 tonne, vans) * Putting candidates through a quality assured registration process * Keeping up to date with relevant legislation, candidate management and territory mapping. * Cold calling, telephone sales, face to face sales, business development, increase sales. Key skills/requirement * Proven B2B sales and business development experience * The ability to find new business and develop solid customer relationships * People management skills * A full UK drivers licence * Recruitment sector experience essential * Computer literate in excel and word and specific company software system As a new Driver Hire recruitment Consultant you will be supported through an induction and training period which will focus allowing you to learning the skills and knowledge (including specific company software) that will become an essential part of your role within the team.
