Job Description

An excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing, successful recruitment agency. You’ll be part of a small team of highly accomplished recruitment professionals, recruiting for roles in the UK and throughout Europe. Candidates with no recruitment experience should have a strong sales background. Excellent training will be provided. Salary is between £20,000- £28,000 plus commission based on experience. Excellent benefits including gym membership and two company holidays per year for qualifying consultants. Role and Responsibilities • Identifying and approaching candidates • Speaking to candidates about the roles you are recruiting for • Building a detailed understanding of client’s businesses and the roles they’re seeking to fill • Understanding how to identify and contact with potential candidates • Presenting roles to potential candidates The majority of role is carried out over the phone, so you must be comfortable in a phone-based sales environment. The ideal candidate will be well organised, positive, ambitious and have excellent IT, listening and communication skills.
